Through Hatha and Bhakti Yoga 50-hour TTC you will discover the influence that yoga has not only on your physical, but also on your subtle body. You will learn asanas, mantras, pranayama and meditation techniques that can rejuvenate your mind and heart, and reconnect to your true “Self”. The course consists of traditional Hatha Yoga, which offers powerful asanas to energize and harmonize the body & mind, as well as Bhakti Yoga – the Yoga of devotion that nurtures us to see the divine in everything around. Bhakti Yoga allows you to experience and practice different dimension, exceeding the physical level. As you tap into this universal love, you naturally develop a sense of trust and acceptance. By being able to relax on such a deep level you will learn to generate positive energy within and around you. In our training we focus on Anāhata Chakra – the Heart Centre that helps us dwell in profoundly blissful feelings, and allows us to experience a real sense of peace, love and compassion. Heart openers – being a centre of asana practice – will free your blocked energies around the chest and the heart. We will also deepen breathing techniques and the flow of energy in our nadis to enhance and regulate the life force (prana) in the entire system. Anahata Chakra based Yoga and the exploration of Bhakti – chanting mantras, meditation and breathing techniques – will allow you to re-balance and re-connect with yourself. This course is recommended for yoga teachers and students who are looking to deepen their yoga and teaching journey with traditional tools: Hatha and Bhakti Yoga. Students or teachers who already completed 200 TTC can collect hours under Continuing Education Program (YACEP), however we welcome also regular students who just want to deepen their own knowledge and self-practice.
