All-level Specialization: No specific prior experience is required, however, we recommend to have a regular yoga practice before joining our Yoga TTC. For example, Yoga Alliance UK recommends at least 2 years of a yoga experience in order to meet the standards of their certification. Please bear in mind that the time of your yoga practice is one of the arbitrary standards, and we don't judge in any way your practice and knowledge, so students of all levels are welcome. We focus on preparing you to become a certified yoga teacher, but you might also choose this course simply for your self-practice.

If you feel that you want to deepen your yoga experience and you are determined to gain a lot of knowledge we will fully support you on your path! To successfully complete the course we require 100 % attendance to all the classes. If you cannot be present for the whole program we will offer you a certificate of participation, but not "completion".

This is basic, but intensive yoga course for those who want to deepen their yoga practice, get to know the history and philosophy of Yoga, learn Yogic anatomy and understand the influence of asana practice on the human body. This course is especially dedicated to people who want to start teaching Yoga and need appropriate certificate, however everyone is welcome here.

Week 1 is an introduction to the course and to a yoga teaching profession. We explain a history and various definitions/styles of Yoga, starting with HATHA - the most traditional form present in the contemporary world. We present principles of alignment & hands-on adjustments, we discuss main tasks of a yoga teacher, and we introduce anatomy & physiology.

In this week you start teaching - in pairs and small groups, getting simple tasks at first, and starting to find your inner voice as a teacher. Yoga Philosophy classes focus on different traditions and schools of thoughts about Yoga, preparing for further Patanjali 8 Limbs System.

Through the entire process evening classes are based on gentle, restorative and yin yoga sequences, bringing a nice nourishment and regeneration after the long day. Sometimes we introduce also various meditation techniques, chanting and partner yoga classes.

Week 2 is dedicated to ASHTANGA VINYASA Yoga - the style that truly revolutionised Yoga and brought it on the large scale to the West. We teach basics of "Primary Series" with modifications for all level students, and we introduce the teaching methodology behind this style - which will allow you to understand the sequence, and to teach safely Ashtanga to others.

Trimurti Yoga believes in NON-VIOLENCE and non-injury policy at first, so every session is accessible also to those who are not super flexible or strong yet, and we offer personal adjustments and modifications if needed! In this week you develop your teaching skills, as well as hands-on adjustments and anatomy knowledge.

As the very important background we provide a real Yogic philosophy experience with a beautiful teacher who lives a Yogic lifestyle. His classes truly inspired many!

Week 3 exposes VINYASA KRAMA Yoga in its traditional and contemporary forms. We present the roots of this style, but we also include modern Vinyasa flows that are often mixed with improvisation, dance, music or martial arts... Vinyasa is the most popular style in West due to its beautiful freedom, interdisciplinary aspects, and  giving modern Yogis space for their personalities, "likes" and self-expression.

In this week we focus on sequencing yoga classes, teaching methodology, communication skills and anatomy in action.

Week 4 is a revision of the whole process - students teach classes of all the styles taught by Trimurti Yoga Team, share their knowledge and gained skills, write their assignments. It is also the time for Questions-Answers sessions, workshop on business and ethical aspects of yoga teaching profession, and additional classes, e.g.: presenting Ayurveda, Prenatal Yoga, Massage, Yoga as a Therapy, etc.
